Julie Dease is the owner and operator of Community Compassion Service, Inc., headquartered in Brooklyn Park,  MD. This is a highly regarded low income assistance agency in Baltimore County.

Julie was trained in assisting low income individuals throughout the Maryland area, and started as a field agent.  Through her work, Julie developed her services and, in time, she bought a building in the Brooklyn Park area, adjacent to the John R.
