When it comes to providing expert restaurant services, nothing takes the place of experience. Jim and Dan both have many years working in the restaurant and catering industry. They started Kitchen AF in 2020.
One of Kitchen AF’s goals is to provide their customers with high quality, affordable and delicious food served fast and convenient. People often choose Kitchen AF because they are not like other restaurants; they don’t have a dining room. They offer takeout and delivery only in order to focus more on preparing a variety of delicious homemade food.

One fan of the company publicly wrote, “The first time I ordered, I got tomato soup and potato soup for lunch the next day. My mom got their Cesar salad and lobster bisque. The potato soup is my favorite. It was delicious. So much so that I ordered it the second time as well. The salad looked and tasted amazing; large portions of chicken, bacon, and it even came with a hard boiled egg. The bisque was also a hit. Everything was amazing! This is definitely one of my new favorite places!”
Another fan of the Kitchen AF publicly wrote, “Ordered from the new location in Sanford….. and I was absolutely blown away! The only problem I had was figuring out where on the burger to start eating. Hands down the best burger I have ever had!!”

Business owners take risks and often work long, exhaustive hours to service their clients. There are freedoms in owning a business, but these freedoms come at a cost. Rarely acknowledged are business owners like Jim Marshall and Dan Weber that employ people and ensure their staff are paid continuously.
