He looked it over and determined the unit was low on freon. He filled the unit up, but later on around 8 PM I noticed the external unit pipes had frozen over and I was getting water in my basement from the overflowing drain pan. Sent an email outlining the issue to Valentino, and within 30 minutes I was contacted by the owner asking if he can come out and evaluate the issue to get it resolved. Tony came out and spent a good deal of time working on the a/c, remedied the issue, and didn’t end up leaving until close to 10:30 PM. I would recommend Valentino because they are prompt, back up their service, and want to make sure their customers are happy with their service, and are comfortable in their homes. ”
